Recommended Dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily or as advised by your therapist with plenty of liquids, ideally 30-45 minutes before a meal. 

Tip: Should not be taken together with other minerals or trace elements. Its ideal to delay their intake atleast by 1- 2 hours.
