Recommended Dosage:
Take 3x 1-2 tablets daily with sufficient liquid, optimally half an hour before the meal.
Alternating intake has proven to be effective:
1st week: 3x 2 tablets ExtraCell daily. Starting from the 2nd week with IntraCell pur, always alternate daily between IntraCell pur (4x 1) and Extra Cell (3x 1). In this way, the entire organism can be gently and effectively deacidified.
Cautions:
The specified, recommended consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children.
